Field Dog — Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: [DATE — confirm with counsel] Last updated: [DATE]

1. Overview

1.1. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Field Dog web application at field-dog.com (the "Service"), operated by Field Dog, LLC (Tennessee). It is incorporated into and part of the Terms of Service. Violating this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1.2. Field Dog surfaces publicly published business contact information and real-estate/development intelligence to help you conduct legitimate business-to-business ("B2B") professional activity. You are responsible for how you use that information.

2. Permitted Use

2.1. You may use the business contact information and intelligence surfaced by the Service for legitimate B2B professional purposes, such as researching deals, companies, and markets, and conducting lawful professional outreach to individuals in their business capacity.

2.2. You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3. Your Outreach Compliance Obligations

3.1. When you contact any person or business using information from the Service, you are the sender and are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including:

3.2. The Field Dog Service itself does not contact, email, call, or message the individuals it surfaces. Field Dog is not responsible for outreach you choose to conduct.

3.3. Investment solicitation. If you use the Service's investor or prospect information (including the Stakes › Investors feature) to solicit capital or to offer, advertise, or sell any security or investment, you are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal and state securities laws — including registration or a valid exemption, the general-solicitation and accredited-investor rules under Regulation D, and any broker-dealer or investment-adviser requirements. Field Dog is not a broker-dealer, placement agent, or investment adviser, does not solicit or facilitate investments on your behalf, and makes no representation that any surfaced person is accredited or willing to invest.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not, and may not permit anyone to:

4.1. Spam / bulk messaging. Use surfaced contact data to send unsolicited bulk email, calls, or texts, or to conduct any campaign that violates CAN-SPAM, TCPA, Do-Not-Call, or state anti-spam laws.

4.2. Harassment. Use the Service or surfaced data to harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or intimidate any person.

4.3. Reselling / redistribution. Sell, license, publish, redistribute, or otherwise make available the surfaced contact data or Field Dog's synthesized content (summaries, scores, extractions, compilations) to any third party, or build a competing dataset or product from it.

4.4. Scraping Field Dog. Scrape, crawl, harvest, spider, or use bots or automated means to extract data from the Service; circumvent rate limits or access controls; or reverse engineer the Service.

4.5. Unlawful discrimination. Use the Service or surfaced data to engage in unlawful discrimination, including in employment, housing, credit, or lending decisions, or in any manner that violates fair-housing, equal-opportunity, or anti-discrimination laws.

4.6. Unlawful or harmful purposes. Use the Service for fraud, phishing, identity theft, misappropriation, or any illegal purpose, or in violation of any third party's rights.

4.7. Re-identification / private data. Attempt to obtain, infer, or append private, home, or unlisted personal information, or combine surfaced business data with other sources to identify or target individuals in their personal (non-business) capacity.

4.8. Credential sharing / multiple use. Share, sell, or transfer your login credentials; maintain more than one account per subscriber; or allow others to use your account. One account per subscriber; no credential sharing.

4.9. Security interference. Introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data, or interfere with the Service's operation or security.

4.10. Misrepresentation. Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation in outreach conducted using surfaced data.

5. Contact Data — Special Terms

5.1. The business contact details displayed to you in the Service come from public and first-party web sources. (Field Dog licenses Apollo.io to help locate and verify contacts internally, but Apollo-sourced details are not displayed to subscribers.) You may use the contact information surfaced in the Service only for your own internal, lawful business outreach; you may not redistribute, resell, republish, or bulk-export it, or use it to build or enrich a competing database. You must honor any opt-out, do-not-contact, or deletion request you receive from an individual, and must not contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted.

5.1a. No proprietary databases. The Service does not source data from paid, subscription, or login-gated proprietary real-estate databases (including CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, Reonomy, Catylist, and Yardi Matrix). You must not attempt to introduce, upload, or launder data from any such source into or through the Service.

5.2. Field Dog surfaces information believed to be publicly published and business-oriented; it may nonetheless be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying contact details and confirming that your intended use and outreach are lawful before acting.

6. Enforcement

6.1. We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, and report activity to authorities where appropriate. We may take action with or without notice. Violation of this AUP is a material breach of the Terms of Service.

7. Reporting and Contact

7.1. To report a suspected violation, or if you are an individual who wishes to opt out of or request deletion of your business contact information, contact gage.adkins@adkinsdevelopment.net.
