1.1. Field Dog, operated by Field Dog, LLC (Tennessee) at field-dog.com (the "Service"), provides information and intelligence for general informational purposes only. It is intended to support your own independent research and judgment.

1.2. Field Dog is not a licensed real-estate broker and does not provide real-estate brokerage services. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, appraisal, or brokerage advice, and nothing in it is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, lease, finance, or otherwise transact in any property, security, or business.

2. Accuracy and AI-Generated Content

2.1. Much of the Service's content is generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude models) and is drawn from third-party public sources through automated scanning, summarization, and extraction.

Investor prospect lists, and any "high-net-worth" or "active investor" characterization of a named person, are estimates drawn from public sources, are not verified, and are not a representation that the person is accredited or willing to invest.

4.2. Field Dog is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or availability of third-party sources or websites, and a link or summary does not imply endorsement.

4.3. Business contact data may be sourced or verified through Apollo.io and is subject to Apollo's terms; Field Dog does not warrant its accuracy or completeness.
